Hamonic’s Lawn Care service agreement

Terms and Conditions

1 The customer has the right to discontinue the services at any time

2 In the event of a cancellation, customer must notify Hamonic’s Lawn Care at least 2 days prior to scheduled time, otherwise there will be a 10$ rescheduling fee.

3 In the event of poor weather conditions, scheduled appointments will be moved to the soonest date available and we will notify all those who are affected.

4 Hamonic’s Lawn Care is not responsible for any damage caused by trimming, as well as sprinkler heads and underground piping. This information must be discussed beforehand and clearly marked for the scheduled time of the service

5 In the event that there is debris such as kids toys, pet droppings, garbage, etc. We will avoid those areas and are not responsible for these spots and any damage to the items. In the event that there is an excessive amount that could cause bodily harm to our workers, we will re-adjust the prices for the areas that we are able to do and avoid the areas that may cause harm.

6 Payments must be sent within the following 7 days of the service, otherwise there will be a 10% monthly fee on the service.

7 Payments can be made by E-Transfer, Cash, or check.

8 Hamonic’s Lawn Care will do everything possible to ensure complete satisfaction with all the services performed. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

I have read the above terms and conditions and accept this contract in it’s entirety. I acknowledge responsibility for payment on all services performed for the property listed in this contract.
